Herbal Hot-Cold Pac™ may be enjoyed warm or frozen.
Warmed, it's excellent for tension, abdominal distress,
low back pain, colic and menstrual cramping.
Frozen use is helpful for bumps and bruises, sprains and strains.
Warm:
microwave- remove from bag, mist with water,
heat 1 1/2 to 2 minutes (may vary per microwave ).
DO NOT OVERHEAT.
Conventional oven-mist with water, double wrap with aluminum
foil. Place directly on rack, fleece side up.
DO NOT USE PANS OR COOKIE SHEETS. heat at 350º
and set timer for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove foil and place compress on
affected area. Between uses. store in sealed plastic bag to
preserve the freshness of herbs.
Cold:
Store in sealed plastic bag provided in freezer. Allow to cool for 2 or more hours.
When needed, remove from bag and rest pillow on or near affected area
