The One Perfume Dolce And Gabbana ModelThe fashion house, Gabbanna and Dolce, in France, was recently charged for tax fraud, up to a billion euros after failing to reveal a large part of their revenue. However, an Italian judge has decided not to pursue the trial and has thrown out the case since there was clearly not enough evidence for the case to continue.

It seems the pair had, apparently, to their knowledge, created a company in Luxembourg in the years of 2004 to 2005, then was allowed control of brands for the group, thus allowing the company to avoid the country’s (Italia’s) taxes.
